Pam is the Global Leader of Architecture and a member of the firm's executive leadership team. She is responsible for elevating the technical expertise of all DLR Group design professionals to ensure timely delivery of quality contract documents. She works with teams across the country to advance integrated design, and produce high performance buildings that meet the needs of clients and advance the industry toward the benchmarks of the 2030 Challenge.

Pam is an award-winning architect with expertise in delivery of civic and institutional facilities, including the Mead Valley Library, Indio Teen Center, Alan M. Crogan Youth Treatment and Education Center, and the Riverside Convention Center. These buildings benefit residents in California's Inland Empire every day.
A passionate proponent of the architecture profession, she has held numerous AIA leadership positions at the local, regional and national levels, including president of the AIA California Council and Inland Empire chapter of the AIA, and as California regional director for AIA.
